Commitment

Commitment. Means the amount required to be funded by RERC to RENH in accordance with and subject to the terms of this Agreement which, shall equal the amount of the Commitment (as defined in the Subordinated Working Capital Facility) as such amount reduces and terminates in accordance with the terms thereof and Section 2(f) hereof.
