COMMITTED COMPOUND. (i) any Available Active Compound designated by the Research Committee as a Committed Compound pursuant to Subsection 3.4.2. and (ii) any Analog Compound developed by the parties in the course of an optimization program as described in Section 3.5., provided that such Analog Compound is an Available Compound as required under Section 3.5.
