Example Definitions of "Committed Unit"
Committed Unit. Shall mean (a) each of the combustion turbine units listed on Schedule 1 hereto and (b) any additional combustion turbine units that the Company elects to make subject to the provisions hereof by delivery of a supplement to Schedule 1 and Schedule 2 hereto.
