Committee Verification Date. The date that the Committee verifies achievement of the Annual EBITDA Target and Cumulative EBITDA Target, as applicable. The Committee Verification Date shall occur within ten (10) business days after the Committee receives the Company's audited financial statements for the applicable fiscal year.
