Commodities Purchase Agreement

Commodities Purchase Agreement. Shall mean the Working Capital Murabaha Facility Agreement, dated as of the Effective Date, by and between Tensar Holdings, Tensar, TCO Funding Corp., Credit Suisse, as administrative agent, and the other Persons parties thereto as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
