Commodity Intermediary. The following terms used in this Agreement shall have the same meanings herein as set forth in the Uniform Commercial Code as adopted in the State of New York as in effect from time to time: "Commodity Account," "Commodity Contract," "Commodity Intermediary," "Entitlement Order," 2 (MKL) Standard Form IAA 2017-02-15 "Financial Asset," "Instrument," "Investment Property," "Proceeds," "Securities," "Securities Account," "Security Entitlement," and "Securities Intermediary."
