Common Area Development Approvals

Common Area Development Approvals. Means the applications for permits, licenses or approvals, together with any such permits, licenses or approvals, which either Trump or BDC have applied for or procured prior to the date of this Agreement, which pertain to the development or construction of the Common Areas, including without limitation the applications, permits, licenses and other approvals listed on Exhibit A.
