Example Definitions of "Common Area"
Common Area. The term "Common Area" shall mean all areas and facilities within the Project that are not designated by Landlord for the exclusive use of Tenant or any other lessee or other occupant of the Project, including the parking areas, access and perimeter roads, pedestrian sidewalks, landscaped areas, trash enclosures, recreation areas and the like. 1 9 1.10 Common Operating Expenses.
Common Area. The Building parking areas, landscaped areas and other generally understood public or common area.
Common Area. All areas and facilities within the Project not appropriated to the exclusive occupancy of tenants, including the Parking Area, sidewalks, pedestrian ways, driveways, signs, service delivery facilities, common storage areas, common utility facilities and all other areas in the Project established by Landlord for non-exclusive use. The Common Area may increase and/or decrease from time to time during the Term, since Landlord may elect in its sole discretion to make changes to the buildings... situated in the Project, and/or to subdivide, sell, exchange, dispose of, transfer, or change the configuration of all or any portion of the Common Area from time to time, so long as Landlord neither unreasonably interferes with Tenant's use of the Premises, Tenant's rights under this Lease or Tenant's ingress to or egress from the Building, nor reduces the number of parking spaces available for Tenant's use below the minimum requirements set forth in Paragraph 37. Common Area. All areas, improvements, facilities and equipment from time to time reasonably designated by Landlord for the common use or benefit of Tenant and other tenants of the Building, including but not limited to unrestricted entrances and exits, landscaped areas, exterior lighting, loading areas, pedestrian walkways, sidewalks, courtyards, stairs, ramps, washrooms, hallways, lobbies, elevators and their housing and rooms, common window areas, common walls, common trash areas and parking facilities.
Common Area. The building lobbies, common corridors and hallways, rest rooms, parking areas and other generally understood public or common areas.
Common Area. The term "Common Area" shall mean all areas and facilities within the Project that are designated by Landlord from time to time for the common use of tenants and others including the Building lobby area, roof deck, elevators, parking areas (including, without limitation, the underground parking structure), pedestrian sidewalks, landscaped areas, trash enclosures and the like in conformance with similar Class A office buildings in downtown Palo Alto.
Common Area. All areas and facilities within the Building provided and designated by Landlord for the general use and convenience of Tenant and other tenants and occupants of any part of the Building, subject to the reasonable rules and regulations and changes therein from time to time promulgated by Landlord governing the use of the Common Area.
Common Area. The term "Common Area" means all areas and facilities within the Project but outside of the Building, including the parking areas, access and perimeter roads, pedestrian sidewalks, landscaped areas, trash enclosures, recreation areas and the like.
