Common Equity

Common Equity. The term "Common Equity" shall mean all shares now or hereafter authorized of any class of Common Stock of the Corporation, including the Class A Common Stock and Class B Common Stock, and any other stock of the Corporation, howsoever designated, authorized after the Initial Issue Date, which has the right (subject always to prior rights of any class or series of 2 preferred stock) to participate in the distribution of the assets and earnings of the Corporation without limit as to per... share amount. Common Equity. Means (a) the Common Units, or (b) if the Company shall convert to a corporation, the common stock, par value $0.01 per share, of the Company or any security into which such Common Equity may be changed by reason of any transaction or event of the type described in Section 13.

Common Equity. Of any Person means Capital Stock of such Person that is generally entitled (a) to vote, in the election of directors of such person or (b) if such Person is not a corporation, to vote or otherwise participate in the election of the governing body, partners, managers or others that will control the management or policies of such person.

Common Equity. Common Equity" shall mean the Company's Common Stock and Series B Common Stock and any other series of Common Stock of the Company issued and outstanding after the Record Date and prior to the earlier of the Distribution Date or the Expiration Date.
