Common License Agreements

Common License Agreements. Means, collectively, the four Amended and Restated License and Binder Purchase Agreements, dated as of February 3, 1998, between Covol and each of the Common Licensees separately, as amended as of March 31, 1999 and as each may be amended or otherwise modified from time to time thereafter.
