Common Stock and Preferred Stock

Common Stock and Preferred Stock. "COMMON STOCK" shall mean the Class A Common Stock, par value of $0.001 per share and the Class B Common Stock, par value of $0.001 per share of Buyer and "PREFERRED STOCK" shall mean the Class A Redeemable Preferred Stock, having a par value of as set forth in the certificate of designation filed to establish such series of Buyer the Class B-1 Convertible Preferred Stock, having a par value of as set forth in the certificate of designation filed to establish such series.
