Common Stock Equivalents. Any capital stock or other security of the Company or any of its subsidiaries that is at any time and under any circumstances directly or indirectly convertible into, exercisable or exchangeable for, or which otherwise entitles the holder thereof to acquire, any capital stock or other security of the Company (including, without limitation, Common Stock) or any of its subsidiaries
Common Stock Equivalents. Shares of Common Stock, Warrants and any other securities exchangeable for or convertible into, or entitling the holder thereof to receive directly or indirectly, shares of Common Stock
Common Stock Equivalents. Means any convertible notes, convertible debentures, convertible preferred stock, warrants or other securities issued by the Company that are convertible into or exercisable by the holders thereof for shares of Common Stock.
