Common Stock Equivalents

Common Stock Equivalents. Any capital stock or other security of the Company or any of its subsidiaries that is at any time and under any circumstances directly or indirectly convertible into, exercisable or exchangeable for, or which otherwise entitles the holder thereof to acquire, any capital stock or other security of the Company (including, without limitation, Common Stock) or any of its subsidiaries

Common Stock Equivalents. Shares of Common Stock, Warrants and any other securities exchangeable for or convertible into, or entitling the holder thereof to receive directly or indirectly, shares of Common Stock

Common Stock Equivalents. Means any convertible notes, convertible debentures, convertible preferred stock, warrants or other securities issued by the Company that are convertible into or exercisable by the holders thereof for shares of Common Stock.

Common Stock Equivalents. Means, without duplication, any security of the Company that is convertible into, exercisable for or exchangeable for, or options, warrants or other rights to acquire, directly or indirectly, Common Stock, whether at the time of issuance or upon the passage of time or the occurrence of some future event.

Common Stock Equivalents. (i) with respect to any Convertible Security, the number of shares of Common Stock that would result from full conversion, exercise or exchange of a Convertible Security in one or more steps, and (ii) with respect to a Unit, the number of shares of Common Stock resulting after aggregating all Common Stock and Common Stock Equivalents underlying Convertible Securities which are contained within a Unit.

Common Stock Equivalents. Any rights, warrants or options to subscribe for or purchase shares of Common Stock or any securities convertible into or exercisable or exchangeable for shares of Common Stock.

Common Stock Equivalents. Means all options, warrants and other securities that at such time are convertible into, or exchangeable or exercisable for, shares of Company Common Stock (including, without limitation, any note or debt security convertible into or exchangeable for shares of Company Common Stock).
