Common Stock

Common Stock. The Company's common stock with no par value.

Common Stock. The Common Stock, [$.01] par value, of the Company as constituted on the Closing Date and any shares into which such Common Stock shall have been changed or any Capital Stock resulting from any reclassification of such Common Stock

Common Stock. The shares of common stock, par value $0.01 per share, to be issued by the Holding Company to the MHC and to be issued and sold by the Holding Company in the Offerings, all pursuant to the Plan of Reorganization.
