Example Definitions of "Common Stock"
Common Stock. Shall mean the common stock of the Company, par value $5.00 per share.
Common Stock. The voting Common Stock, par value $0.0001 per share, of the Company or the Alternative Pubiic Company, as applicable.
Common Stock. The .0001 common stock of the Company
