Common Units

Common Units. Means common units representing limited partner interests in the Partnership, the terms of which are set forth in the Partnership Agreement.

Common Units. Means the Partnership Units which are designated as common units of the Partnership.

Common Units. Means the Common Units of the Company, having the rights and preferences set forth in the LLC Agreement.

Means the Class A Common, the Class B Common and the Class C Common, as adjusted for any unit split, unit dividend, or other combination, exchange, conversion, recapitalization, merger, consolidation or reorganization, or if such Common Units are exchanged for different interests or securities of the Company, such other interests or securities and any other Common Units of the Company hereinafter issued.

Common Units. Shall mean limited partnership interests that have been so designated under the terms of the Master Partnership Agreement.
