Example Definitions of "Common Warrants"
Common Warrants. Means the warrants to purchase shares of Common Stock delivered to the Purchasers at the Closing in accordance with Section 2.2.1 hereof, which Common Warrants shall be in the form of Exhibit 1.15.1 attached hereto.
Common Warrants. Means the warrants to purchase shares of Common Stock delivered to the Purchasers at the Closing in accordance with Section 2.2.1 9.1 hereof, which Common Warrants shall be in the form forms of Exhibit 1.15.1 13.9.1 and Exhibit 13.9.2 attached hereto.
