Communications Act

Communications Act. The Communications Act of 1934, as amended.

Communications Act. Means the Communications Act of 1934, as amended by the Cable Communications Policy Act of 1984, the Cable Television Consumer Protection and Competition Act of 1992 and the provisions of the Telecommunications Act of 1996 amending Title VI of the Communications Act of 1934, and as may be further amended, and the rules and regulations, policies and published decisions of the FCC thereunder, as in effect from time to time.

Communications Act. The term "Communications Act" shall mean and refer to the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, and the FCC rules and regulations promulgated thereunder.

Communications Act. Shall mean the Communications Act of 1934, and any similar or successor federal statute, and the rules and regulations of the FCC thereunder, all as the same may be in effect from time to time.
