Example Definitions of "Communications Laws"
Communications Laws. Shall mean the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, 47 U.S.C. ยง 151, et. seq. (the "Communications Act"); all applicable rules, regulations and policies of the FCC and the State PUCs; and any other applicable federal, state and local laws or regulations governing the Company's Business.
