Company Account
Company Account. The account or subaccount established and maintained by the Company for specified notional contributions, if any, made by the Company or an affiliate with respect to a Participant, as described in Section 6. A Company Account will be maintained solely as a bookkeeping entry by the Company to evidence unfunded obligations of the Company or an affiliate.
