Company Aggregate Gross Revenues. The aggregate gross revenues (calculated in accordance with GAAP) recognized by the Company pursuant to the Licensing Agreement and any other Contract pursuant to which the Company receives the right to use any other intellectual property of ABG or its controlled Affiliates or pursuant to which the Company provides services to ABG or ABG's licensees.
