Company Benefits. Shall mean the Company's Medical Benefits (defined below), its Automobile Expense Reimbursement Program, and its disability, life or other group insurance benefits to the extent the Executive is receiving such benefits immediately prior to the Termination Date, or such comparable alternative benefits or payments as the Company may, in its discretion, determine to be sufficient to satisfy its obligations to the Executive under this Agreement.
