Company Contributor

Company Contributor. A consultant, advisor or other individual (except a member of the Board or an employee of the Company, a Parent or a Subsidiary of the Company), who (i) renders bona fide services to the Company or any Affiliate that are not in connection with the offer and sale of the Company's securities in a capital-raising transaction; and (ii) does not promote or maintain a market for the Company's securities.
