Company Employment

Company Employment. Means the time (including time prior to the date hereof) during which Executive is employed as a regular employee, contractor, consultant or consulting employee by any entity comprised within the definition of Company, regardless of any change in the entity actually employing Executive, including for the purposes of this Agreement, the time in which Executive was employed with JLG.
