Example Definitions of "Company Entity"
Company Entity. Means (i) any Company, (ii) any of their respective direct or indirect subsidiaries and (iii) any other corporation, partnership, limited liability company, joint venture, trust, employee benefit plan or other enterprise with respect to which Indemnitee serves as a director, officer, employee, partner, representative, fiduciary or agent, or in any similar capacity, at the request of any Company.
Company Entity.
