Company Intellectual Property

Company Intellectual Property. Means all patents, patent applications, registered and unregistered trademarks, trademark applications, registered and unregistered service marks, service mark applications, tradenames, copyrights, trade secrets, domain names, information and proprietary rights and processes, similar or other intellectual property rights, subject matter of any of the foregoing, tangible embodiments of any of the foregoing, licenses in, to and under any of the foregoing, and any and all such cases that are owned... or used by the Company in the conduct of the Company's business as now conducted and as presently proposed to be conducted. Company Intellectual Property. Means any and all Technology and any and all Intellectual Property Rights, including the Company Registered Intellectual Property Rights (as defined below), that is or are owned (in whole or in part) by or exclusively licensed to the Company.

Company Intellectual Property. Shall mean any Intellectual Property that is (i) owned by, (ii) licensed to, or (iii) was developed or created by or for Company.

Company Intellectual Property. Means any Intellectual Property that is owned or exclusively licensed by the Company.

Company Intellectual Property. Shall mean all patents, patent applications, trademarks, trademark applications, service marks, tradenames, copyrights, trade secrets, licenses, domain names, mask works, information and proprietary rights and processes, and all other intellectual property, of the Company and its Subsidiaries.

Company Intellectual Property. Shall mean all Intellectual Property conceived, created, made, or developed during the term of this Agreement by one or more employees of the Company in advancement of the Business. The term "Company Intellectual Property" shall not include any Intellectual Property of any Member (including, without limitation, any Intellectual Property licensed to the Company pursuant to the Babcock License Agreement or the TEPS License Agreement).
