Company Interest

Company Interest. Shall mean, for a Party, the percentage interest represented by the number of Securities then held by such Party (assuming that such 2 Party has not Transferred any Securities) divided by the number of then outstanding Fully Diluted Securities.

Company Interest. Company Interest. Means, as to any Shareholder, the percentage interest calculated by dividing (x) the number of Shares then held by such Shareholder by (y) all then outstanding Shares of the Company.
