Company IP Rights

Company IP Rights. Means Intellectual Property Rights used by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries in the conduct of the business of the Company and its Subsidiaries as presently conducted, other than commercial off-the-shelf software licensed by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries in the Ordinary Course of Business.
