Company Materials

Company Materials. Shall have the meaning ascribed to it in that certain Confidential Information and Invention Assignment Agreement between Consultant and the Company dated even date herewith.

Company Materials. Means all physical embodiments of Confidential Information (such as in documents or computer tapes, or physical objects such as prototypes or models), and other Company physical property (such as hardware, equipment, supplies and tools).
