COMPANY MORTGAGE

COMPANY MORTGAGE. Means that certain Amended and Restated Deed of Trust, Assignment of Leases and Security Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, with respect to the real property owned by the Company located at 4770 Hickory Hill Road, Memphis, Tennessee, in favor of the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Noteholder, the 2003 Noteholders and the Lenders.
