Company Policies. Means any written policy or procedure provided by the Company to Executive that applies generally to employees or representatives of the Company or to a group of similarly situated employees or representatives of the Company, including, but not limited to, any policy contained in the Company's employee handbook and any policies or procedures attached hereto as an exhibit, in each as such written policy or procedure may be amended, superseded or replaced from time to time.
