Company Premium

Company Premium. Means any premium payment made by the Company under the terms of the Policy or called for and due under this Agreement. Each Company Premium shall be equal to sixty-six and two-thirds percent (66-2/3%) of each Employee Premium (except for any period for which a different percentage is specified for this purpose on Schedule B).
