Company Product. Any goods, products, product lines or services (i) that during the last one (1) year in which Employee was employed by the Company, Employee, or persons under Employee's management, direction or supervision, performed research regarding, designed, developed, produced, manufactured, marketed, promoted, sold, solicited sales of, supported or serviced on behalf of the Company, or (ii) with respect to which Employee at any time received or otherwise obtained or learned Confidential Information (as... defined in Section 2 of that certain Non-Disclosure and Proprietary Rights Agreement made by Employee in favor of the Company). Company Product. Means a product or product component, whether manufactured, created, or developed, and regardless of the medium through which they are delivered or consumed, owned by or licensed to the Company and made available to the other Parties pursuant to this Agreement, but excluding Kopin Products;

Company Product. Means any service, composition or product which is composed of or incorporates, or is directly discovered, developed and/or identified using, the Invention or Technology (as such terms are defined in the UCSD Agreement), or that is claimed in Patent Rights (as defined in the UCSD Agreement), or the manufacture, use, sale, offer for sale, or importation of which would constitute, but for the license granted to Company under the UCSD Agreement, an infringement, an inducement to infringe or... contributory infringement, of any pending or issued claim within the Patent Rights. Company Product. Means a proprietary integrated circuit product of Company set forth on a Product Supplement (including all Technology embodied in and related to the functionality of such device except as may be called out in a Product Supplement) that conforms to the applicable Product Specification and the logic design or architecture provided to Foundry by Company hereunder, including all updates thereto.

Company Product. Means the products (developed or in development by Company) that are described in Exhibit A attached hereto, including, but not limited to secondary analysis software modules. Additional products may be added as Company Products by the written agreement of the Parties.

Company Product. Any product subject to a preclinical or clinical trial, or being researched, tested, developed, manufactured, or otherwise exploited by or on behalf of the Company or its subsidiaries and all products with respect to which the Company or its subsidiaries has royalty rights, including PT001, PT002, PT101, or PT627, in each case, in any dosage form or formulation.
