Company Product. Company Product. Means a proprietary integrated circuit product of Company set forth on a Product Supplement (including all Technology embodied in and related to the functionality of such device except as may be called out in a Product Supplement) that conforms to the applicable Product Specification and the logic design or architecture provided to Foundry by Company hereunder, including all updates thereto.
