Company Property

Company Property. Means any real property owned or ground leased,, directly or indirectly, by the Company, including any joint venture or other interest in real property owned directly or indirectly by the Company

Company Property. All property and resources of the Company Parties, or any Company Party, including Confidential Information, each Company Party's products, each Company Party's computer systems and all software, e-mail, web pages and databases, telephone and facsimile services, and all other administrative and/or support services provided by the Company Parties. Company Property. All Company property and equipment assigned and provided to Executive by the Company to help Executive carry out Executive's Company responsibilities including but not limited to keys, credit cards, access cards, Confidential Information, laptops, computer related and other office equipment, mobile telephone, and other computer or communication devices.

Company Property. All records, documents, materials, papers, computer records or print-outs belonging to McDonald's, including without limitation those containing Confidential Information and Trade Secrets.

All documents, books, records, correspondence, papers and information (on whatever media and wherever located) relating to the Business of the Company or its customers and business contacts including any equipment, keys, hardware or software provided to the Contractor during the term of the Agreement and any data or documents (including copies) produced, maintained or stored by the Contractor for the Company on the Contractor's computer systems or other electronic equipment during the Agreement
