Company Proposed Additional Hardware. Any video game peripheral, controller or similar device to be used with the Licensed Software, other than the Licensed Hardware, for which Company desires to obtain from Harmonix a license for manufacture and distribution pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
