Company Relationships

Company Relationships. Means any Person who is a supplier, vendor, customer, or other business relationship of any member of the Company Group at any time during the Term. Employee acknowledges and agrees that, as General Counsel, Employee has responsibility or involvement (directly or indirectly) relating to, and receives Confidential Information about, all Company Relationships.
