Company Securities. Shall mean shares of Company capital stock and all rights to purchase or otherwise acquire any shares of Company capital stock, including Company Options and Company RSUs.

For the avoidance of doubt, as of the date hereof the outstanding Company Securities includes the Company's Common Stock and Preferred Stock.
Company Securities. Means the Company Warrant, the Company Warrant Shares, the Debenture and the Debenture Shares.
