COMPANY SOFTWARE. Means and includes: (a) the content and the applications software used or embodied in all websites operated by any of the Company or the Subsidiaries and (b) all computer software programs, documentation, data bases, technical and programmers' manuals and other supporting materials that are used by the Company or the Subsidiaries in their respective businesses as currently conducted.
