Example Definitions of "Company Subsidiaries"
Company Subsidiaries. Means any or all of LaSalle Re Limited, an insurance company formed under the laws of Bermuda, LaSalle Re Corporate Capital Ltd., a company formed under the laws of Bermuda, and such other direct or indirect Subsidiaries of Company as may be agreed in writing between Company and Option Writer.
Company Subsidiaries. Means any Person in which the Company, directly or indirectly, (I) owns any of the outstanding capital stock or holds any equity or similar interest of such Person, or (II) controls or operates all or any part of the business, operations or administration of such Person, and each of the foregoing, is individually referred to herein as a "Company Subsidiary".
Company Subsidiaries. Means Corgenix, Inc., a Delaware corporation, and Corgenix U.K. Ltd., a corporation organized under the laws of the United Kingdom ("Corgenix U.K. Ltd.").
