Company TSR Percentage vs. Index. Means, for the applicable Performance Period, the positive or negative percentage point difference between the Company TSR and the Benchmark Index TSR. For example, if the Company TSR is 10% and the Benchmark Index TSR is 5%, the Company TSR Percentage vs. Index is +5%; if the Company TSR is 5% and the Benchmark Index TSR is 10%, the Company TSR Percentage vs. Index is -5%.
