Company TSR. The compounded annual growth rate, expressed as a percentage (rounded to the nearest tenth of a percent (0.1%)) in the value of a common share of beneficial interest ("Common Share") during the Measurement Period reflecting the appreciation/depreciation in the price per Common Share and dividends paid on a Common Share during the Measurement Period, including the reinvestment of dividends. The Company TSR for the Measurement Period shall be calculated as follows: (i) the average closing price... for the 20 trading days ending on the last day of the Measurement Period plus dividends paid during the Measurement Period divided by (ii) the average closing price for the 20 trading days ending before the first day of the Measurement Period.
