Company Units. Has the meaning given to this term in the Merger Agreement.
Company Units. Means (i) any Common Units purchased or otherwise acquired or held by any Unitholder, (ii) any unvested Class B Common Units and unvested Class C Common Units, (iii) any Common Units issued or issuable directly or indirectly upon the exercise or exchange of any securities purchased or otherwise acquired by any Unitholder, which are convertible into or exercisable or exchangeable for the Company Units described in clause (i) (including any options to purchase Company Units granted by the... Company) and (iv) any Common Units issued or issuable directly or indirectly with respect to the securities referred to in clauses (i), (ii) or (iii) above by way of a unit distribution or unit split or in connection with a combination of units, recapitalization, merger, consolidation or other reorganization (including any equity securities issued in connection with the conversion of the Company from a limited liability company to a corporation as contemplated in Section 14.1 of the Limited Liability Company Agreement or otherwise).
