Example Definitions of "Company's Business"
Company's Business. Means the Company's business activities and operations as conducted during the term of this Agreement and all products planned, researched, developed, tested, manufactured, sold, licensed, leased or otherwise distributed or put into use by the Company or any of its Affiliates, together with all services provided or planned by the Company or any of its Affiliates, during your relationship with the Company.
Company's Business. Company's Business. The Company's Business means the operation of multi-merchandise retail stores, the majority of which stores each have 25,000 square feet or less of total selling space, and that sell, or offer for sale, low-cost, basic merchandise for family and home needs, including perishable and non-perishable goods.
Company's Business. The "Company's Business" means: (i) the manufacture and sale of stoppers, closures, containers, medical-device components and assemblies made from elastomers, metal and plastic for the health-care and consumer-products industries, and (ii) any other business conducted by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries or Affiliates during the term of this Agreement and in which Executive has have been actively involved.
Company's Business. The development, manufacture, marketing, distribution, or sale of, including research directed to, any product, service, or technology in the Moissanite jewelry industry. As of the date of this Agreement, Company's Business includes, but is not limited to: (i) marketing and distributing Moissanite jewelry and Moissanite gemstones, and (ii) fabricating (including wafering, pre-forming, and faceting), marketing, and distributing Moissanite gemstones or other diamond simulants to the gem and... jewelry industry. Company's Business. The business of operating a commercial or retail bank, savings association, mutual thrift, credit union, trust company, securities brokerage or insurance agency.
