Comparable NonUS Employment. Means employment in an executive-level position located outside of the United States, reasonably taking into account the Executive's reasonable, broad-based geographic preferences and attempting to provide the Executive with levels of responsibility and compensation that are reasonably similar to those 18 provided to the Executive by the Company or generally provided to similarly situated executives in the applicable geographic region.
