Example Definitions of "Comparator Companies"
Comparator Companies. Means the companies listed on Appendix I, attached hereto, which are the companies that currently comprise the SNL U.S. REIT Office Index; provided that, unless otherwise determined by the Administrator in its sole discretion, no such company will be deemed a Comparator Company if such company ceases to have a class of common equity securities listed on a national securities exchange.
