Compass ArrayO Library

Compass ArrayO Library. Shall mean a collection of ArQule Compounds that is a diverse representative subset of the Mapping Array Libraries produced in calendar year 2001 and used for initial screening of those Mapping Array Libraries. The description of, and the specifications for, the Compass Array Library are set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto.
