Compass Bank Index Rate

Compass Bank Index Rate. Shall mean the prime rate as published in "Money Rates" table of The Wall Street Journal on the applicable day. If multiple prime rates are quoted in the table, then the highest prime rate will be the Compass Bank Index Rate. In the event the prime rate is no longer published in the "Money Rates" table, then the Bank will choose a substitute rate as the Compass Bank Index Rate which is based upon comparable information.
