Compensable Costs
Compensable Costs. Reasonable and necessary, attorney's fees, expert fees, and other expenses incurred in support of Licensing Activities including those required to answer and prosecute any reexamination proceedings and Litigation Costs. Any such Compensable Costs shall be no higher than such costs would be on the open market. Assignee shall pay any maintenance fees due on The Patents, however, such maintenance fees shall be considered Compensable Costs.
