Compensation Payments

Compensation Payments. (a)any accrued and unpaid Base Salary (as defined in Section 2 of this Agreement; and (b) any vacation to which the Executive was entitled as of the effective date of termination of Executive's employment with the Corporation under the terms of the applicable MTO Policy or PTO Policy to which Executive is a participant at the time of termination of employment.
