Compensation Peer Group. [INSERT COMPANY NAMES]. If there is any change in the corporate capitalization of a company in the Compensation Peer Group during a Measurement Period (such as a stock split, corporate transaction or any partial or complete liquidation), the Committee, in its sole discretion, may take such change into account in determining the Total Shareholder Return of that company.
