Example Definitions of "Competing Dosage Form"
Competing Dosage Form. Shall mean a fenofibrate monotherapy product marketed by or on behalf of RELIANT other than the Product in a formulation and dosage form that is substantially similar or identical to the Product. For the purposes of this Agreement, no Combination Product shall be considered a Competing Dosage Form.
